GOATBOT.COM ships with UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, Registered Airmail for our deliveries.

  • Free shipping on orders over €39.99.
  • Orders less than €39.99 will be charged a €12.00 shipping fee.

Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship to EU Countries, except for Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Slovenia, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, and some remote islands.

Note: 1. If you want to modify the shipping address or products, please contact our customer service within 5 hours after placing the order.
2. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

The package will be shipped from China or local European warehouses.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Goatbot as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@goatbot.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

About Tax

Your order total will include the cost of the product, any applicable sales tax, and shipping fees if applicable. The final amount will be displayed on the checkout page.
